Fasù

Fasù

What does Fasù mean? It's a dialect expression meaning ""Make it now"". It's about being the change you want. Which roughly translates to ""have the pizza of your dreams here, we will do our best to make you happy"". This Italian street food concept is run by three Apulia natives and you can tell right away from the energy and the smiles coming out of the Fasù container that this will be an unforgettable experience. Their 5 Formaggi pizza says it all.

Inventing the best Neapolitan experience

The Fasù menu is quite short, but it doesn't make it any easier to make a decision. Especially when they are thinking outside the "pizza box" and offer stuff like 5 Formaggi with mozzarella, parmesan, gorgonzola, pecorino cheese and scamorza aka smoked mozzarella. If you're lucky, you will also have a chance to try out other Italian dishes and baked goods straight from the oven. Everything here is designed to be savoured in the streets where it all tastes the best. Even the delicious desserts, great wine and prosecco.

Love this place, a hidden gem of Prague street food. Pay these guys from Puglia a visit and taste one of the best pizzas in town.

Sharing a secret family recipe

Fasù pizza has a long rising, between 48 and 96 hours, ensuring high digestibility and the best possible Neapolitan experience. Chef Armando arrived directly from Foggia with a secret family recipe in his pocket. His family made its mark with the production of Pizzella and he brought his heritage to Prague. The vision: to make Italian food informal, so you can also taste it on the street, and share the food culture with those who want to appreciate it.
