Our specialization is in Italian cuisine and especially Italian freshly prepared pasta. But we are not afraid to experiment and therefore we often present various fusion recipes, such as Asian cuisine, vegan dishes, etc.
We have three basic principles. Quality materials, freshness and menu preparation with maximum passion. When flour, the best Italian semolina from which we prepare the best pasta on the spot, always al dente! When herbs, the freshest and the most fragrant, when tomatoes, the sweetest and the ripest.
