LE PETIT WHAT?
The first "bouillon" appeared in the mid-19th century in Paris as a place where working-class locals could recharge with a comforting and low-cost meal. They are an institution in Paris and cannot be found elsewhere. Until now! Small but mighty, Le Petit Bouillon stands as a small-scale and modern version of that in Prague.
HMMM C'EST SI BON
Our menu changes all the time but is and will always be about French retro classics such as Cassoulet, Boeuf Bourguignon, Pot au Feu, Ratatouille and even snails or calf's head if you really insist. Our dishes are fresh, humble, hearty and, most importantly, cheap as chips in the pure tradition of Parisian bouillons.
WHO'S IN THE KITCHEN
Le Petit Bouillon was created by French entrepreneur Alexis Manach who also happens to be the founder of a couple of renowned companies such as Bezrealitky.cz and Zarpo.com but who now prefers to spend his time melting duck fat in a saucepan because as a great French chef used to say, happiness is in the kitchen.
