Meet the Chef: Matteo De Carli
Having lived in New York City, I was always drawn to food trucks and open air markets. I was very excited to have learned about Manifesto Market opening in Prague as this is exactly the kind of community dining experience missing in the beautiful city. For me it was just a question of the concept which we would bring to the table there. And so, I am happy to introduce Ryba je Ryba to you!
