Barbeque is the magic of transforming tough, angry cuts of meat into tender, juicy deliciousness by bathing them in wood smoke and gentle fire for hours and hours and hours. Dirty Dog serves local pork and chicken and imported American beef according to recipes handed down through the generations with a few surprises of their own. The fatty spareribs melt in your mouth, and the reverse-seared beef tri-tip steak with cilantro pesto and smoked cherry tomatoes is something you won’t find anywhere else.
