About the opportunity:

  • We are looking for a Construction Coordinator to be part of our expansion team to build and create new markets with the aim of being the world’s largest and most loved food hall brands. 

How we see the role & what you will do:

  • Coordinate project deliverables of one or more construction projects from the preparation phase, to construction phase till completion.
  • Assist with planning and development of drawings/plans, CAPEX budget and project schedule.
  • Coordinate and execute all project processes in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with all contractors, including General Contractor, for aligning with the project schedule, achieving the contracted deliverables at the quality and standards as required.
  • Assist in preparation of well-organized, detailed and clear project status reports.
  • Participate in CAPEX item procurement through proper procurement process, or by coordinating with the procurement department.
  • Assist in preparation of construction, health and safety rules and regulations and ensure their compliance.
  • Coordinate with subtenants and contractors for technical adaptations. 
  • Assist in internal coordination for departmental preparations for uniformity of opening.
  • Report to Project Manager about all project-related issues.
  • Occasional travel to other European countries for project coordination.

This could be your job if you:

  • Possess at least 3 years of proven working experience in construction management, project management or similar role.
  • Understanding of construction/project management processes.
  • Experience with construction/project management software packages is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of  MS Excel, Words and Powerpoint / GoogleSheet, GoogleDoc and GoogleSlides.
  • Good time-management skill and organizational skill.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving enthusiast.
  • BS degree in construction management or related field
  • A strong team player with an enthusiastic approach.
  • You are able to stay positive and calm under pressure.
  • Fluent in English. 
  • Have a passion for finding creative solutions to complex challenges. Nothing is impossible!
