Designed for two, four, or six people, the new tasting menus bring together bold flavors, curated selections, and a whole lot of fun.

 

Three Restaurants, Three Distinct Flavors 

The first round of group tasting menus comes from three of Manifesto’s most beloved kitchens – Bab;rýže, Taiko Ramen, and Gohan. Each menu is generous, varied, and made for sharing.

Bab;rýže – Korean Flavours to Feast On

Perfect for a group craving comfort and spice. The menu includes:

• Kimbab: Korea’s answer to sushi – rolled rice with vegetables wrapped in seaweed.
• Korean Fried Chicken: Double-fried for that signature crunch.
• Mandu Dumplings in three styles – Gogi (pork), Galbi (beef), and Yachae (vegetarian).
• Sides of Kimchi, pickled cabbage, and dipping sauces to tie it all together.

 

Taiko Ramen – A Japanese Izakaya Spread

More than just ramen, Taiko has the perfect options for your group:

• Gyoza – pan-fried dumplings (meat and veggie options).
• Takoyaki – crispy octopus balls with mayo, bonito flakes, and umami-rich sauce.
• Edamame – lightly salted and steamed.
• Wakame Salad – a refreshing seaweed salad, perfect to balance the meal.

 

Gohan – East Asian Street Food, Reimagined

Street Food meets sophistication. Gohan serves: 

• Ebi Tempura – battered shrimp, golden and crunchy.

Guests can choose between The Party Tap, a generous two-liter pour perfect for larger groups, or The Classic Pour, a smaller one-liter option. Both are available in a refreshing lineup of seasonal drinks designed to bring people together:

• Gaia Ma – earthy, herbaceous notes
• Blue Forrest – crisp botanical flavors
• Rhubarb Kiss Spritz – something a bit zesty and sparkling with a tangy twist
• Berries & Blossom – delicate balance of fruit and floral
• Summer Sangria – light, refreshing and fruity

For something a little more elevated, The Private Reserve is SOOT’s refined option for smaller groups. Served in elegant crystal glassware, this 0.8-liter bottle features their signature Negroni, The Storyteller, a smooth, complex cocktail with just the right bite. It's a drink meant to be savored and shared, ideal for those who appreciate a classic done right.

Every group cocktail comes served with smoked almonds and homemade marinated olives.
