Manifesto Market Anděl in Prague was designed by the Czech architecture studio CHYBIK + KRISTOF, founded by architects Ondřej Chybík and Michal Krištof.

The restaurants were carefully chosen from 800 applicants in a meticulous process that included several tasting rounds and candidates for every type of cuisine. In a culinary scene as rich as Prague’s, the goal was to focus on exceptional, diverse cuisines that stand for authenticity and high-quality cooking and service. It was also important to us to work closely with restaurants that share our values, such as inclusivity and sustainability, along with a real passion for food and hospitality.

No, you can drop by anytime. Reserving a table is free, though, and guarantees your spot. We especially recommend it for larger groups.

Welcome to the future! Our concept is built on a cashless payment system, with terminals that accept all types of cards and mobile payment apps. This makes paying convenient and hygienic, and it also improves safety for our guests and staff. If you only have cash, you can exchange it at our market offices for a prepaid card, so you can still enjoy everything our markets have to offer.

Absolutely, dogs are always welcome guests here, but please keep them on a leash. :)

Our concept encourages interaction between guests and chefs, so all meals are ordered at the individual counters and picked up by guests. Our SOOT Bar is our main bar, where you can order cocktails and other creations that pair with the dishes. Guests can also place takeaway orders online.
