From Festivals to a Permanent Home
Behind ZAKYNTHOS are Bill Papacharalampous and Katerina Chatzisavva, a Greek entrepreneurial couple based in Prague. Our main inspiration is the Greek way of welcoming people: generous food, genuine warmth, and a meal that brings everyone together. We developed this concept through hands-on service at Prague’s farmers’ markets, corporate events, and major festivals including Rock for People, Let It Roll, and Brutal Assault. Guests repeatedly asked us, "Where can we find you permanently?" Bringing ZAKYNTHOS to Manifesto is the next chapter. Our ambition is simple: to make Greek street food part of everyday Prague life, with guests returning for both the food and the warm welcome.
